Title: License Sync Failed

Guys,
I was able to sync and download new licenses but now it started to throw the following error:

Unexpected Result() - performAMCRetrieve - An error occurred during the Retrieve Licenses operation. ERROR: The server successfully started a sync operation with register.mitel-amc.com but the connection was broken before the operation completed. Contact your authorized partner for more assistance if this error persists

I tried to open inbound and outbound SSH port 22 on the firewall with sync.mitel-amc.com and register.mitel-amc.com but without any luck. Any other things I should be looking at?

I think that every time I've seen this happen I had to clear the hardware ID in the AMC and then re-sync it.
