Got remote phones booting up now saying "Looking for IP Card" any ideas? I verified that their access from remote can ping the phone server and all ports open for it.

Do you have any remote phones working already?
If not have you made sure you have changed the NAT settings on the IP connections?

Have you set the Public IP Address up on the phone so it knows where the phone system is located.
