Title: Phantom extension delay

When we enter a phantom extension it rings 10 times before it actual rings the forward number.  Is there a way to get it to ring the number right away?

How is it forwarded? You should be using Call Forward Always via Remote Station Programming FAC (assuming default codes)...

359-xxx-(passcode)-355-8-(destination number)

That is the most consistent way to do it.
