Hi,
I have a user who's been using the same phantom extension for years but, will now be working in the building and has requested to transfer both his phantom extension and direct dial number to his new desk phone. What's the best way to do that?

Delete everything and start from scratch. Make sure to unassign the DID first, so the CRT doesn’t become corrupted.

That was my idea also. But, will deleting the phantom replace the extension in the phone list?
