Time to vent here,
we had an a470 device and in a year long ticket involving mitel support we ran into;
ODBC issue, constant restarts of the cpu-2 / stuttering applications and eventually rtp relay failures. Mitel support continuously dodges responsibility and is downright terrible.

This section is for the MiVoice Office 250 system. First thing I would suggest is looking at what ports you have open to your public and try closing those. Try re-configuring your system to be off of your network. If you are able to isolate your system from any other IP Devices I would try that. If you have IP based phones they would also need to be on the same network as the phone system.
Also the A470 I believe is an Astra product, Mitel recently acquired Astra. I have found Mitel systems to be pretty solid and reliable. Good luck!
