Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / How to disable voicemail on an ext?

We have few extensions that are setup in conference rooms but we do not want those to have their voicemail option turned on. How to disable the voicemail option?

Has anyone converted from Mitel 3300 to MiCloud Business solution that Mitel offers? We are looking into MiCloud Business solutions and want to talk to folks who looked into or are using currently.

 I did look at it but still wasn't sure.
only 1 phone is having the issue so the server is setup ok. so it could be some VLan ID causing the issue. will have to check with the engineer on that.

not sure if any other reason, this all of sudden get changed.

any idea what is causing this error to show on display phone? tried resetting and right after DHCP connecting shows " DHCP Timed Out Option 128 missing".

any help is appreciated.

it would not allow me to uncheck "Disable real-time monitoring and data collection on this device"

got it. yes, it was headset turned on. turned off the headset key and phone is working normal.

user has to press the extension key to answer calls. it does not answer when pull up the hand set when phone rings.
any idea/suggestions

Thanks Sharond.... that's what it was... once I assigned the license, user shows up to add the view mode queue..... saved me minimum 30 min with 15min/$50 rate from our vendor for this 10 second change...

we have 2 ACD users do not show up on Contact Center Client... added to the appropriate agent group for ACD.

any ideas/suggestions would be great appreciated.

ACD id was locked at an extension and the phone has taken off the system... had to setup a new phone and point to ext 5001 where ACD was still logged on... logged out of the ACD from this ext and she is able to login to her ACD user at another extension...  thanks Ralph for your help.

thanks Ralph. it is another extension setup for the same user and it looks the ACD is connected with this perhaps? ext 5001 is not the voicemail and not sure if I can just delete it out. waiting for our vendor to contact us (not Mitel, it is a 3rd party vendor).

when dial 5001, goes to voicemail and ask to enter mailbox number....

5001 is voice mail... she logged into it and logged out and still saying when try login to ACD user ID is used by 5001. our admin has created another ACD for the user and it is showing invalid PIN..I am trying to reset that and see if that works.
