Hi
we have installed MIVB , Micollab , MBG . the Micollab client is working fine on internal customer network
but there is no audio both ways when connected from public network ( teleworker )
in pcap trace we dont get rtp packets
-
So something is blocking the RTP... what is your configuration for the network? Is the MiCollab sitting in the DMZ or in server-gateway mode or ???
Also, in the TW blade there is an application called Teleworker Network Analyzer... download and install it on a PC and run it from on-net and then again off-net and compare the ports... it should give you a pretty good understanding of what isn't working.
And assuming this is in the DMZ it is almost always a firewall issue... Either missing port forwarding or some kind of IDS or similar feature blocking traffic. working with your firewall/router vendor and examining it's configuration and logs could be useful too.

Hi we have installed MGB in custom mode with port forwarding on WAN ip to MiCollab IP
TNA test gives audio rtp port ok.
Firewall has done the routing from Wan ip to MiCollab ip and vice versa

Your issue will be on the LAN side, Likely a firewall issue as stated. The LAN RTP would be in the 50,000 range. Check documents for full range used

The pcap trace taken from the MBG doesn't have any RTP in the calls for either way?
