Working on a solution for MiVoice Connect transition to MiVoice Business.
MiVConnect voicemail has a message 'Escalation' section where additional notifications can be sent if a voicemail is not listened to in 'X' minutes.

Anyone using NuPoint to provide this type of escalation/cascade notification?

Looking into an issue a multi-site customer is having. Locations spread over two time zones (Pacific and Mountain) and the system is set to use Mountain in Server Admin.
What time zone setting does the Business Schedule use? The server time zone setting or the Network Zone setting?

I have the Network Zone set to US/Pacific-New. Is this setting valid for Business Schedules? Or does US/Pacific need to be used?
And does anyone have an explanation of what is different between the Pacific and Pacific-New settings?
