We have a few IP ranges here at work. We have XXX.XXX.75.XXX, XXX.XXX.76.XXX, XXX.XXX.103.XXX Our users on the 103 IP range can connect to the UCA server just fine, but the users on the .75 and .76 IP ranges cannot. I can ping the MAS server from all 3 ranges, but when I try to ping the gateway from all 3 only the 103 range will ping it the .75 and .76 cannot. When I try and login with the computers from the .75 and .75 IP ranges I get the error "An unknown error occurred while validating credentials"
Has anyone run across this before?

I stand corrected. I can ping the server from all the IP ranges but I still get an error from those 2 IP ranges .75 and .76

have you added your remote subnets to local networks in the MSL ?

If the MAS server is on the 103 subnet I would start with the local networks suggestion from markyb73.

Agree. All the subnets containing the clients should be defined ( with the router IP needed to reach those subnets ) in the local networks form of the MAS supplying the UCA.
