Title: What backend has Mitel BusinessCTI
Post by: hansmueller3433 on June 07, 2023, 07:38:39 AM
Hi there

I'm here on a company that needs a complete analyzing of their voip infrastructure, and now i need to begin "from scratch".

Question: Which backend does "Mitel BusinessCT" need? (On Android phones, they use Estos Procall)

"Mitel BusinessCTI" seems to need a Mitel backend (PBX) too, right?

Is that Mitel Backend available as a hardware PBX or does it run as a commercial software e.g. on a windows server?

Thank you very very much for your feedback(s).

With best regards from Switzerland,
Hans-Peter

So i saw, the backend server that Mitel BusinessCTI uses has a web gui on port 80 that shows "metadirectory 5" in its title. When i go to "about" page, i see that the manufactor is Mitel.

Is that one also the PBX? What do you mean?
