MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Cannot break dialtone

We have an Office 250 HX V6.3 that occasionally cannot break dialtone. Once the system is reset it works fine for a few days. Comcast is the service provider, we have verified polarity is correct.  All four lines in the controller and two on the LSM are affected. We've ran Hybrid Balance and Loop Loss tests but it keeps happening.

Hey everyone, we have a school with a Mitel 5000 HX, they want to add Axis IP Speakers. We have never set up paging over IP before.  I know in programming you cannot add SIP extensions or SIP trunks to page zones. So not quite sure how this could work if they want to page internal phones and overhead speakers.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Echo on Calls

Hey All, 
I have a Mitel5000 with version 6.2.5.82, Digital 8528 phones and AT&T POTS Lines. Users complain of echo (they can hear their own voices in the ear piece) on outside calls. We have ran the Hybrid balance test as well as Loop Loss, I cannot seem to figure out the issue, we have had the issue with IP phones/POTS but never digital phones/POTS.
We have had the issue with others system but once we moved to Comcast POTS lines the problem seems to go away.

Have any others had the same problem?

Does anyone know where I can get the instruction manual for configuration of the Audio Codes MP114 gateway and the axxess or 5000?
It appears to not be available on Mitel Online, and I cannot seem to get to the edge.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Cisco SPA232D as SIP FXO port

We previously used Quintum AFT200 as a SIP gateway but that is no longer available through our supplier.
I am considering using a Cisco SPA232D, I have a customer that needs to add four remote offices with a single POTS.
Anyone out there ever had success using this and do you have any configuration tips or how-to's?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Mitel 5000 and Grandstream HT503

I have a new client that we have put in a new Mitel 5000 or Office 250 or whatever they call it this week. It was never disclosed that this customer has 6 Grandstream HT 503 that were connected to an Asterisk system using the FXO ports only.

Does anyone have experience with pairing a Grandstream HT 503 and a Mitel 5000? I have the SIP trunk licenses already, but cannot seem to get them to talk.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / 5000/EM to 5000/UVM Upgrade

We are upgrading a 5000 with EM, since the EM is no longer supported we will be using the embedded voice mail. This office paid to have a professional come in to record all 50 voice mail prompts. Is there a known way to backup the recording and import them to the embedded voice mail?  I backed them up through Operations/Voice Processor/Save. The EM obviously creates a ZIP file, when I extracted it and compared it to a backup from an embedded voicemail the naming structure is completely different (differences between Windows & Linux).

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Poor Audio quality with POTS lines

We have been having many issues lately with the Mitel 5000 with IP phones connected to specifically AT&T POTS lines. We have ran the Hybbrid Balance test and have even adjusted the DB gain levels for transmit and receive as advised by Mitel Support.
We have not had issues with Comcast Business, TDS Metrocom, Charter or Time Warner which are all the major carriers in our area. AT&T on the old copper POTS seem to be our problem child.
We still continue to have issues and cannot seem to find a happy medium. I was in hopes that other techs have experienced the issue and may have some additional tips.

We recently installed 3 5000 systems networked, we are also using voicemail networking (VPIM). at Node 1 I am constantly seeing errors n the mail_mainlog. Emails from a VPIM mailbox as well as just voicemail to email delivery does not get sent out until the system is rebooted and then shortly after boot up it stops again.
