MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / IC Directory problem

Hi All,

We've just got a Mitel 5000 installed, and the IC directory is showing "FirstName LastName" and also "Lastname, FirstName"

I just want it to show FirstName LastName Only

Is this possible?
