Title: Message Waiting lamp with 3300 and Exchange Server 2007
Post by: epalombizio on August 07, 2009, 09:29:51 AM
Greetings,
We are looking to move to Exchange 2007 unified messaging and currently use the Mitel voicemail solution. It is my understanding that the message waiting lights on my 5330 and 5340 won't work. Is this correct? If so, is there a way to make it work?

Thanks in advance,
Elvis

MS exchange doesn't support message waiting lamps.   Not something a PBX can address.

There is a 3rd party solution that is supposed to work, although I haven't tried it myself.  The company is out of Hungary:

We have used it on the Nortel Meridian product line with exchange 07 and it seems to work well.
