Title: NuPoint w/Rec-A-Call Ports not in service

MiCollab/MiVB - Latest releases. New install licensed & for RAC. Mapping & NuPoint line group config completed. I thought I need to use 5240 & trusted, but the ports do not come into service.

Setting the ports to Full, gives me: IP Device 1 (Ext:6001) at location 01 3 01 001 01 Non-Trusted Device attempting to Register when configured with Trusted Service.

Setting the ports to Trusted, gives me: IP Device 1 (Ext:6001) at location 01 3 01 001 01 Trusted Device attempting to Register when NOT configured with Trusted Service.

Have you done a full reboot of the MiCollab after setting up the ports? 5240 and full is correct, then reboot and wait about 15 minutes.

I was licensed, but did not realize the Rec-A-Call blade was not included in the vMiCollab OVA. Had to DL, burn to media, & install.
