Title: 1 Extension - 2 phones
Post by: jrodgold on October 05, 2007, 11:29:22 AM
I inherited the task of Mitel administration...5 minutes of training ;>)

I have a person who wants to have the same extension in 2 different offices. I'm not sure how to accomplish this.

We have an SX-200 ICP 3.1.0.11 MX Phone System.

Any help is much appreciated.

K, I think I figured it out:

Ext 1
Ext 2

Expand set of Ext 2, choose any open key, choose MULTI-CALL, enter Ext 2 under EXT NUM

Also, from a response from another forum:

You may want to do vice versa as well, and put a button of ext 1 on ext 2.
