Mitel Software Applications / Upgraded to 10.1 on 3300 and Oaisys is no longer recording agent calls

We upgraded our 3300 to release 10.1 and our Oaisys is showing on calls recorded that there is no audio. We have a stand alone MBG and Oaisys server. My vendor has been working on the issue for over a week with Mitel and still no resolution. Anybody have any knowledge of this issue? We plan on upgrading to the new Mitel Interactive Recorder.
