Hi
Can anyone advise what setting needs enabling for the call transfer button to be visible in Micollab call window? Some of our users have it and some don't. I have tried adding a second key but it hasn't made any difference.

I think the only time this isn't present is if it is a sip softphone programmed as a UC endpoint

Thanks, they are identified as UC Endpoint within the system manager, but so are the ones that have the button. Is there a setting somewhere else I need to be checking?
