Title: MiCollab Calendar Integration w/Exchange 2016
Post by: tylerdami on May 01, 2020, 11:38:50 AM
Hi All,

I am trying to configure calendar integration w/ Exchange 2016. I have EWS working and Limited Access permissions setup on a test users mailbox. I keep getting "Invalid Credentials" in MiCollab. Any ideas?

I am using Delegation as the method for integration.

As a note, when switching to "Default" for the Exchange Integration I can configure Calendar integration, but it requires the user's Exchange credentials. This is not optimal, but workable if there is no other way.

Currently that is not setup, what are the advantages of setting that up? I assume that is using Client impersonation.

We are using Mitel Cloud Services, and the experience has been mixed. Very little formal documentation and no real explanation of features. Tech support is good but overwhelmed and communication seems poor.

I believe the calendar integration also relies on what type of authentication you use on the exchange server. Do you know what you have configured?

Some exchange deployments dont support one of the older protocols MiCollab uses.
