Title: Ignite Screen - White Block

This white block (see attached), doesn't go away after calls - preventing the user from changing the Make Busy code.  It's been an issue since we switched to Mitel.  The provider and Mitel were unable to resolve this.  They suggested we use the web version, but that doesn't have all the features we need.

Any ideas?

What version is your MiCC server?
You could check the release notes in newer version to see if this would be fixed by an upgrade?
