Title: Mitel 3300 embedded "begin speaking after the tone" message

When getting through to a users voicemail we hear the users recorded personal greeting, this is then followed by a mitel message " begin speaking after the tone then hangup when you are finished or press any key for further options"

Can this Mitel message be deleted or is it hard wired into the system?

What we would like is to hear the users recorded personal greeting followed by a beep.

That can be done by changing the technical codes for the voicemail user. How this is done can be found in the helpfile. Login to the system and on the frontpage select help. This will bring up the what's new page.
Scroll down to software version 7.0. Halfway this version on the righthand side you'll see mailbow greeting.
Select this one and it will bring up the description on how to change the MB greeting.
