call history data is not coming on 5500 ip console

i have tried 5500 version : 4.0.1.7 & 4.0.0.17

mcd version:  5.0 sp2 pr2 11.0.2.66

any help will be appreciated

HI ALL,

A BUILDING WITH SIX FLOOR WANT EMERGENCY CALL LANDING IN TWO DIFFERENT EXTENSION FOR EXAMPLE

 IF ANYONE CALL  555 FROM AN EXTENSION INSTALLED BETWEEN 1ST TO 3RD FLOOR SHOULD LAND IN ONE OF THE PHONE INSTALLED IN EMERGENCY WARD ON 3RD FLOOR.

and

IF ANYONE CALL  555 FROM AN EXTENSION INSTALLED BETWEEN 4th TO 6th FLOOR SHOULD LAND IN ONE OF THE PHONE INSTALLED IN EMERGENCY WARD ON 6th floor.

so that  the nearest ward will be attaining the emergency case..

HI ALL,

Do we have any command or any other way to find how many incoming & outgoing call happened in cxii controller on particular date for a particular time. say for example  on 13th march 2013 from 11am to 12pm. just i need to match this count with my call billing software .

Hi all,

Thanks for all your precious input

we have installed two 5550 ip calls in one of our client place. to retrive a call from hold we need to click on holds call tab then retrive key & then 1 . Is it possible to retrive a hold even though we are in some  other tab in software console or by any other means can we retrive a call irrespective of in hold tab.

Currently we have to press three key (hold calls tab in software console + retrive +1) to retrive a call from hold . I want to retrive a call by pressing  retrive +1 keys only . I mean just pressing  retrive +1 i  should get first call in hold.  retrive +2  i should get second call in hold & so on... is it always compulsory to stay in hold calls tab in software console to retrieve a call from hold ?

what setting i have to do in console or in mcd to work .

CALL IS NOT GETTING DISCONNECTED WHEN ANY SIP PHONE (GRANDSTRAM, KNOFTEL) REJECT A CALL.THE FAR END PERSON STILL LISTEN THE RINGING EVENTHOUGH CALL IS REJECTED BY SIP PHONE

SYSTEM DETAILS:
Release level is 5.0 sp2 pr1
ACTIVE SOFTWARE 11.0.2.19
CALL CONTROL RELINK: 41.0.2.14_SP1

Hi All,

1...two 5550 console is installed & whenever a call comes it wll land in one console if it is unanswerd call will jump to another console after 2 rings . in this case load comes to first console & second console is resting is it possible to program in such a way that 1st call should land in1st console ,2nd call in 2nd console  3rd call in in1st console, 4th call in 2nd console  & so on.

6111--------after 4 ring-------6112------after 4 ring-------6113--------after 4 ring-----voicemail of 6111

1st alter was 6112
2nd alter was 6113

upto 6113 was fine.

how i will transfer a call from dis 6113 after 4 ring to voice mail of 6111

if anyone call to grandstream video sip phone it displays no. from which it is called plus option to accept  or to reject the the call . when i reject the call the far end person who have called still able to hear ringing sound .

Hi All,

controler mxe iii

whenever a call comes to an extension(6554) after 4 ring it should go to a cellno.

what i did is

1. system speed call (8686 pointing to cell no.) 

2. in call routing first alternative on index no.14 i rerouted to dn 8686

3. in call routing i searched 6554 & made 1st alternative as 14.

4.in cos call out timer was set


after dis i was testing i called 6554 from another ext. 6541 after 4 ring  call jumped to cell no.when call is disconnect fom cell. i am getting call again & again untill i go & disconnect from 6541.

Hi all

Hold key is not working in all my mitel phone. It used to work properly is i am missing any PROGRAMMING i shutdown the system I removed the card & reinserted the card & system is powered on. still hold key is not working

HI ALL,


when i am trying to acces my user voicemail from extension it is working perfectly fine , but when i try to acces same voicemail from an outside no. it goes on ringing.

Is any thing missed in configuration .

Hi All,

Today we have installed a Mitel 5340 IP PHONE+5310 IP  CONFERENCE UNIT which is configured with AX Controller it wass working fine but after few minutes it got hang & any one try to call that ext it shows out of service. then i have to plugout & plug in rj45

Hi All,

i used the command busy ext 700 & left .Again another day i installed PKM 48 to the ext 700 & it was working fine & i typed DBMS SAVE in command it was showing non-unique match i serached this in our portal & come to know that i have to type next in command & done the same i got the following output

ip device 8 (ext:700) at location 1 3 1 8 1 is not Manbusy
ip device 8 (ext:) at location 1 3 1 8 2 set manbusy.

i went to check the ext 700 it was working fine but pkm key were not responding then i used busy reset command still i did'nt find any solution.

finally i deleted ext 700 & erased all related to ext 700 with pkm details  & reconfigured  ext 700 & installed pkm to it as it was previously now it is working fine.


What i have done please suggest me
