Mitel Software Applications / Linksys spa3102 receive faxes but does not send

Hello

I have a linksys spa3102 voice gateway router, connected to fax and to 3300 pabx, I've configured the linksys and connected it to the network with fax, I can make calls through local and sip from fax also I can receive faxes

my problem is when I try to send fax, it will not send and I will get an error report from the fax
fax is panasonic kx-fp701 it gives me error code 43
I tried different settings and it didn't work

please advice regards

Mitel Software Applications / MBG SIP Test bad address in to header

Hello

I have a SIP trunk connected to a client edge router and next to sip proxy/MBG to 3300 pabx
I'v configured pabx and MBG as needed with given info from sip provider

when I try to go to MBG diagnostics menu to test ICPs it will pass successfully but when I go to sip test it will give me  "bad address in to header"

I tried to connect directly from the client edge router to my laptop and used X-Lite and configured it and I was able to make calls
after that I've connect to MBG and I've fetched the packet sent between SIP and MBG and it gave me "too many hops"


any advice where to go and where to test, also I'd  to monitor packets between MBG and Client edge router and to see what is going between them please advice me how to do that

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Programmable keys/ SoftKeys

Hi Everyone

I have 3300 MXe with 5312IP sets, I want to program the second and the third keys on the phones for services like rooms service extension and others, I am not sure about the right configurations I was trying them all in the Type Line only the speed call work with me and i feel it is not the right one.

could you please advice me how to program these buttons to only ring certain extensions when u press on them.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Multi-Device Suites Records ISSUE !

Hello Everyone

This is my first POST and I am happy entering Mitel field.
I have a problem with Multi-Device Suites I was adding records there until I reached a certain number around 355 records and next it gave me there is no more room for new records, I'v checked the license and only 364 was locally consumed out of 1000 allocated.

I was thinking maybe size needs to be expanded somehow ! still assumption
here is some pics to clarify the situation
