Aastra - MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice MX-One / Cancel auto answer on IP phone dialog 4425 connected to MX-ONE

Hi Friends,

We use AASTRA MX-ONE system. Auto answer activated on an IP phone (dialog 4425) which connected to this system.
How can I turn auto answer OFF on this IP phone?
Auto answer OFF is one of the options in IP phone menu but it takes no action when I am trying to select option "Auto answer OFF"

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Establish an E1 link between MXeIII and TETRA Ruhil Radio system

Hi Friends,

We have a TETRA radio system. We are going to establish an E1 link between this radio system and a Mitel MXeIII controller in order to make call from analog extension to Radio handhelds.

I defined a rout and a 30 circuit trunk group. Whenever call from analog phones e.g extension number 3232 to a radio handheld which its ID number is 401, after a few second silence, Mitel return a dial tone and radio handheld does not ring.

Guide me please

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / SMDR failure

Hi Friends,
I use an MXeIII.
Whenever I want to check SMDR logs, It can not be displayed.
Command:

LOGSYS READ smdr ALL MATCH 4048
Reply:
LOGSYS error: FILE buffer could not be read for SMDR log.
File System error: File not open.

What can I do to correct it ??  Thank you for your help.

I defined independant account codes
Whenever I push redial bottun system responds "no access"
I cheched COS for redial feature
What is wrong?
How can I use redial for redialing the last number includes account codes?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Date and Time unwanted change

Hi Friends,
We use an ICP 3300-MXe III,
Two days ago I found that the system's Time is incorrect, I changed it and it works correctly, but the day after I saw that the time is incorrect what's wrong

I checked status alarms but there is no major alarm !
system rebooted 15 days ago, and up to 3 days ago everthing was ok

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / System Speed call

I have an MXeIII that has four 4+12 combo cards. tharefore 16 CO lines connected to it.
my extension number is 4048. I want to forward my external calls to my cell phone.
for example if somebody calls one of our CO lines and hear auto attendant then dials my extension number, the call be forwarded to my cellphone.
How can I do it ??

Hi Friends,
I have 2 MxeIII. one at site with numbering plan 4XXX and one at camp 7XXX.
they are not clustered but there is an 60 Channel IP/XNET between them.
is it possible to use call forward I am here when source is 7XXX and destination is 4XXX ?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Prevent incoming calls

Hi,
I have two MXeIII, "A" with numbering plan 4XXX and "B" with Numbering plan 2XXX. A and B connected through IP/XNET.
A connected to CO lines and uses auto attendant for answering incoming calls.
B does not have any CO trunks but can use some CO lines of A for making outgoing calls.
what can I do on A to prevent B from using CO trunks as incoming trunks ?

e.g. when a external caller hearing auto attendant of A , if he/she dials 4XXX connect to intended destination, but if dial 2XXX blocked.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Connect three MXeIII through IP/XNET (No audio Mitel 3300)

Hi Friends,
I have 3 MXeIII. A with Numbering 4XXX, B with numbering 7XXX, and C with numbering 2XXX
there is an IP/XNET between A and B and there is no problem with it, Also between A and C everythin is OK but
when 7XXX calls 2XXX, vice versa, called party rings but as off-hook there is no voice !!!!
what is wrong

I thing routing is true cuz B can calls C vice versa but I don't know why there is no speech !!!

Hi Friends,
I have a MXeIII platform. I arranged No body can access Trunks without entering independent account code.
To restrict COS number 5, I set Verified account code to No, But members of COS 5 can get trunk entering Account code
What's wrong with my configuration ??

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Attendant Status Return to Absent - Mitel Console

Hi Friends,
we have a MXeIII with a console. Although I've changed Programmed Service to OFF, sometimes attendant console status changed to Absent and CP to Night1 !!!

What is wrong with the console ? Is it possible to prevent console to change CP mode and Attendant Status ?

Hi all,
as you're well aware when you use "alarms" command and system shows 5 line alarms it mean there are 5 analog  lines or IP phones are in manbusy state,

How can I find extensions that are in Locked out state at the moment ?
