Title: UCA Group Chat Timeout

Customer reports when users are in group chat, it times out after about an hour and no one is able to type anything.

Are there any timers for chat (group)? Any ideas?

Not aware of any settings for how long a chat session stays active. Think if you just start typing again it picks up where it left off???
