Mitel Software Applications / MiCC - BluStar installation

Hello.

I'm installing new MiCC instance. When I'm trying to install BluStar on MiCC server I can not see a SQL database. When I enter it manually it does not work too.
Microsoft SQL Express 2014 is installed on the same server as MiCC. I'm using Windows Server 2019.

Hello.

MiVB - 6.0 SP3
Active Software load - 12.0.3.15

Two days ago We had License Violation on his system. We uploaded new cert and sync with AMC. After that, problem with License gone. But new appear. RAD stoped working. We uploaded backup that We had (before License Violation RAD was working), but all the time RAD is not working.
Where can be a problem?

Hello.

I have a problem with voice quality and DTMF is not working for external call.
We have checked it on two controllers (CXi and CXi II) and problems are the same. additional We made tests on 3 BRI cards.
Both controllers have fresh MiVB system and different backup (one is from July and second is form August). Backup from August is after Security Certyfication was uploaded.
All calls, announcements and DTMF in Internal calls are OK.
Additional We made a test using A 5000 and there is no problem with External calls and DTMF.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Call Forward Chain

hello.

I would like to configure call forward Chain for 4 phones. I can not use Hunt Group, Ring Group or Pickup Group to do that. And that's why I need to configure Call forward Chain.
Scenario:
Someone from External is calling to the number 100. Number 100 is a main number on which is an announcement, after that announcement custommer can wait till operator will pick up the phone or choose number. If custommer will choose number for example 110 and if call will not be picked up for example for 15s, then call should be forward to another number, for example 111. And again if call will not be picked up for example 15s, then call should be forward to another number for example 112, and so one up to 4 numbers.
I have change System Options - Numbers of Forward Hops to 4
In COS Call Forward (internal Destination) and Call Forward Accept is set for Yes
In Call Rerouting First Alternatives I set up No Answer DID for This and in Directory Number I put number on which call should be transfered. I did that for all numbers in chain.
Now Call forward is working only for the first step. Any ideas why?

I have MiVoice Office 400 6.1 and OMM 8.0. I have few Mitel SIP-Dect phone 600d series, and 2 Plantronics DECT headset. How can I set HotLine to these phones.

Hello.

Is it possible to change Operator Extension field in Operator VM box using phone (I cannot see any changes in Audit Trial logs)? And how many times someone can type wrong PIN for VM box till box will be blocked. Additional question how someone can connect to the VM center from outside if VM HG is out of the DDI?
One of our customer had a some kind of hacker attack and system made a call to high pay number, and We have find that in Operator Extension field i VM box 0 was numer 00016042516000.

I have Ringing Group with 3 DN associated to it. If all 3 phones are busy, and I call to RG number is no busy. What I must do to change, if all 3 numbers are busy then RG number will be busy to?

Can Someone help Me, and write how to upgrade OMM v.2.6.4 to the newest version 8.0 I have 5 RFP (4x RFP32, 1x RFP34) Master and Standbay OMM are on RFP32. SIP-DECT system is associated with MiVB 8.0 SP3 PR2.

I have strange issue with DECT system that is in one of My customer. We have there MiVoice Business 8.0 SP3 PR2 and OMM v.2.6.4.
Few days ago customer send Me an information to replace old phone 5603 for a new one 5613, and that old phone 5603 must replace much older phone (I don’t remember what model). I have change as always IPID in OMM, Old MAC address under phone settings in MiVB I have replaced be new one, and I started to Subscribe. I have added PARK, and AC, Protection set for NO, and phone was registered, but something strange was happened. In OMM Portable Ports form Name and Number disappeared from that number that I was subscribing… Only IPID and MAC address was. Phone was working. I could make a call, but when I was trying to change it to add Name and Number then phone loos his Subscription. Phone under System -> Subscribe have System A, but under OMM there was X under Subscribe instead of  green Mark that inform Us that phone is working. And again I had to add PARK and AC to the phone. Another think, that phone was losing his subscription when it was restart or I have made restart OMM.
The next strange thing happened as I tried to add another number in OMM. When I was subscribing, the camera that I added earlier (the one I described above) disappeared from OMM, and this subscription was made and appeared in OMM without the Name and Number.

Aastra - MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice MX-One / SIP DECT programing

On the begining I would like to tell that I'm beginer in MoVoice Office 400:)
I have phisicaly controller 470 with 2 base station RFP35. I can log DCT phones d612 to the system using Authentication code (AC), but when I'm trying to log in the phone to the user then I have information Login failure.

Hello.

I have a question about 54002701- MiVoice Business License-SINGLE LINE EXT.
I'm doing quote for a qustomer tha have almost 600 users with Yealink SIP phones. He is using cloud PBX now but He want to change it for on premise system. Can I use 54002701- MiVoice Business License-SINGLE LINE EXT instead of 54004975 - MiVoice Bus License - Enterprise Use?

Is there any possibility to configure system to play Auto Attendant Greeting twice? Now when the preview is played and no option is selected, it immediately redirects to "Operator".
