In our NuPoint call flows, we have a variety of messages and we don't want callers to be able to skip them by pressing a key on the phone.
As of now they can just by pressing any key.
Is there a way to make the messages "unskippable"?
Thanks

Need to see how this is set up. Is this a menu playing or just a message

It is a message, not a menu
Thank you

I just made a test and indeed pressing a key will skip the message, I didn't know that.

Also did not know that. Might set them up as menus that accept 1 dtmf digit, with one repeat and make all digits repeat the same menu. There are instruction on the KB on how to export callflow recordings

Ok, sounds like I would be looking at replacing the Messages with Menus, there is just a lot of them.
I have also gone through the export recordings procedure and I'll probably do that if needed or hopefully repoint the new Menus to the correct recording in the xml.
Thanks all
