Hello, I can't seem to find any documentation that explains how to read the maintenance logs found on the PRI card using the IMAT to read them. Like the log below.

001295 | 2016/11/12 18:46:10 | cp         | warn   |AFC: BCAFCUTL_report_invalid_mc_msg: EXTERNAL_FORWARD on chan 0 received in invalid state=AFC_IC_RELEASE.  | 00000000

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / SX-200 hunt group overflow to mailbox

This maybe an old story but I need help. I have a small hunt group that I want to overflow to a mailbox. If I put the voice mail access code in the overflow of my hunt group the caller hits the front end of the voice mail and gets the general greeting. Is there some way to send the caller to a mail box? Thanks for your help.
