Hi, can anyone tell me why my PRI keeps posting the following?

Ftp alert!  Flush the log buffers!!!

This is a large shopping Mall, so it's difficult to know if there are call problems. That is why I want to be able to read the logs.
Here are a few more logs. Can you read them?

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / SX-200 PRI maintenance logs
« on: November 18, 2016, 02:30:24 PM »
Hello, I can't seem to find any documentation that explains how to read the maintenance logs found on the PRI card using the IMAT to read them. Like the log below.

001295 | 2016/11/12 18:46:10 | cp         | warn   |AFC: BCAFCUTL_report_invalid_mc_msg: EXTERNAL_FORWARD on chan 0 received in invalid state=AFC_IC_RELEASE.  | 00000000

Thanks for any help.
Tom

Good call I think that will work.
Thank you.

I just noticed your post and was wondering if you got the message waiting lights working. I found a PMS interface tester that works super. If you need it just let me know.

Hi, thanks for your help. I'm starting to think this can't be done.

7
The voice mail used won't change the fact that Mitel is sending caller ID (xxx) 123-4567 to the voice mail port.
FYI:
•   Overflow is not permitted if the overflow point has forwarding active.

8
I'm using a Mitel  Express Messenger. Calls that overflow to it only present the calling line ID not forwarded from number. That is so the overflow point knows who is calling. Plus the call isn't forwarded. I don't think it matters what voice mail I'm using. The Mitel sends the same info. I'm starting to think this can't be done.

9
Thanks for the response however as I indicated using the voice mail hunt group as the overflow point the caller is dumped into the main greeting.

10
This maybe an old story but I need help. I have a small hunt group that I want to overflow to a mailbox. If I put the voice mail access code in the overflow of my hunt group the caller hits the front end of the voice mail and gets the general greeting. Is there some way to send the caller to a mail box? Thanks for your help.
