Title: Microsoft Feature Pack Error when uodating Collab Client

I am getting a Microsoft Feature Pack Error when updating to the latest version after a Collab Upgrade.   The customer has checked his PC with instructions from Mitel Knowledge Base Article and the Registry shows the Feature Pack is installed.
