Title: MiVoice Business Console on Surface 7 plus

MiVoice Business Console on Surface 7 plus will not see the USB headset.   Headset works on all other apps on the Surface except for the Console.

But the headset and console work fine on the Surface 7 but not on the 7 Plus.

In the audio menu drop downs for Voice Headset/Handset Selection there is no headsets to select, but in Ringer Selection the dropdown has the headset.

Heard of issues with surface and heasets, can't say the way for a fix

what is the version of the Mivb console and your surface windows
