Title: Ringtone output problem - MiContact Center Enterprise Agent

Hi, i'm facing an issue with the ringtone on the MiContact Center Enterprise Agent.
Basically on the settings of the AGENT softphone you have 4 audio options: microphone, speakers, notifications and integrated headset.

At the moment i hear the ringtone of an incoming call (both internal and external) on the headset (Plantronics Poly Blackwire 3320).
On the settings i selected the headset for the microphone and speakers. While for the notifications i've selected 'Speaker', which is the integrated speakers of my laptop, which volume level is setted to 100% and is functioning.

Since a week ago the AGENT softphone basically started to reproduce the ringtone from the headset, and not from the 'Speaker' anymore.
This issue started randomly, i haven't changed nothing.
Today i uninstalled e installed back the headphones driver, but the issue is still there.

I kindly ask for your support to solve this issue.
If it's something technical please write it anyway, so i can show it to the administrators.
