Title: Gold Vision CRM

I have a customer that just had a Gold Vision CRM installed this week. The cloud based version.
Now they are asking to connect it to the 250.

the 250 is running version 6.2.3.57

Does anyone know what is required to make this work?

I assume we will need the oai license and some kind of port forwarding.

My experience with call control is limited to the Phone Manager onsite, so this is new territory.
