MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / can we still get licensing for the 250?

Is mitel still Licensing the 250? I got a customer that needs more Ip phones.

With MiVB 9 you could use the "Call Flow" for the mailbox.

In the VM mailboxes for do you see the little blue call flow icon on the left? If so click on this and enable the call flow and build the menu from there.

might send the option to an acd path that queues long enough to play this as a rad then interflow back to main AA

Hello,

I am looking for a way to go back to a menu tree after listening to a message in an information mailbox.

current setup is can in. hear menu tree press 1 get information mailbox
press 2 get to actual mailbox  and so on

after the information mailbox i want to be able to return to the main greeting but if i press star at the end it just takes me to the administrator mailbox that has the main greeting for the entire facility in it and we dont want to go that far up.

Hello

So I had to recreate an extension (ACD Agent) in Mitel from scratch. I added them back to all the correct ACD Agent Skill Groups.

They can access the Mitel CCMWeb but in the past they were able to login to it and download any type of phone reports he wanted.

Since recreating the extension this option is not available anymore. Just seeing how I can check the permissions?

Cannot tell you what is providing dns resolution for you, might do an ipconfig /all. You can ping the FQDN from this internal softphone pc and see what the ip comes back.
