Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / What feature in NuPoint enables Single Digit Routing?

We programmed an older nupoint that says press # then dial ext number. Would like to have a main greet that says press 1 for sales, press 2 for customer service or dial your 4 digit ext number. I'm not sure why the # was used and the customer would like to change. I'm just hitting a wall and need a nudge in the right direction.
System 70 7.0 but not positive on level.

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / LS/Class Trunk Card Busing Out, Needing Resets

My customer has a SX-200 EL/ML that they have to reset card to put back in use. This is a satellite system that receives calls from the main thru a T1/Adtran/PRI Card and the also have a LS Class card for local trunks. CID is programmed but not purchased thru their telco provider.
I'm not sure what is locking up the trunks but I have changed out the card and still have the trouble.

I have an ext 256 at a remote office that fwds to mailbox 250 at the main office only on busy fwds n/a works properly. I have tried analog networking codes in form 22 to no avail. We are using pri cards at both locations going over a fiber point to point and two adtrans.
I have tested other offices that work and have copied it's programming to this site exactly but it's still doing it.
