Title: Mitel and ACT 2010
Post by: JackOpus on February 15, 2013, 04:42:44 AM
Hi Guys,

Has anyone got some sort of Instructions on how to setup dial from ACT 2010 to the Mitel phone system ?

I have never set this up before but a client is looking for this to work, I cannot find the Mitel TAPI and I am unsure of which Mitel software i require for this to work any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks,
Jack

To my knowledge Mitel doesn't have just a TAPI driver, although you can install Unified Communicator Express (or Advanced if you have that) and InGenius Software has a TAPI connector plug-in available for it. I don't know the cost but you can get a temporary trial key for free.

There used to be a free TAPI driver, but now the only option is to purchase the InGenius one like Ace said. It's not overly expensive, but that does depend on how many users you need it for!
