Title: Transfer Only Mailbox Type issue

Hi,

We have a Mitel MXe-III MiVoice Business. I recently set up a new MLAA and one of the choices we want to offer is to press 0 if you know your partes extension. 0 takes you to a transfer only mailbox and then the caller would enter the party's extension. This works so far as the destination phone set rings but if they don't pick up, the call goes to the VM of the MLAA instead of the voicemail of the extension that was dialed.

Any way to get that functionality?

We do this as well, but we're using MiCollab, so if you're not, then this may not apply.  For our setup, I had to set it to blind transfer.  FWIW

The embedded vm is by default doing a supervised transfer and will take the call back after 17 seconds also the default
