Title: MiVoice Business inbound call logs in web interface
Post by: billz0r on July 05, 2019, 12:50:50 AM
Hi everyone,

We've got a client that is wanting to know how many calls come in on a particular number(s). They have a 100 number range and want to know how many people call certain numbers.
Is this possible via the web interface so do you need an SMDR app?

You'll need an SMDR app of some sort to collect the data.

You can also schedule a transfer of SMDR data to an FTP server as well.

Under Maintenance and Diagnostics you first need to setup an External FTP Server.

Then under Scheduler add a new event with the activity of File Transfer, you will then get a file transfer option. Set this as SMDR File Transfer.
