Title: qsig 3300

Hi,
I have a qsig digital link to a pabx Alcatel 4400 (DSU, PRI card, QSIG and ISO)
when I call to Alcatel, the call established but after few seconds the call is disconnected
call from Alcatel to mitel is Ok !
have an idea what is going on ?

Do an "EDT TRACE TSP L2L3 <PLID>" in maintenance and make a test call... That will show you the Q.931 messages occurring and you can see where the call is disconnecting.

Hi,
Thanks for advice; I did it but system response was: "plid cabinet shelf slot port invalid"
I have an DSU cabinet with PRI card not an embedded digital trunk.

Then you need to use the tool and connect directly to the DSU cabinet to check the output... It has been so long since I have done this I don't remember how, haven't had a customer with a DSU in over 10 years.
