Title: Nupoint Caller message length

Hi,

In nupoint --> Limit COS --> Caller message length  i set 5 minutes ( it works when it s an external caller)

When inter,al caller , call another DN i have less than 10 secondes to leave a message .

Any idea ?

Can they actually leave a message and what error message do they get at the end of the recording? A one-way audio issue will cause this behavior.

From internal to internal  you have only 10 seconds to leave your message. Then hit 2 to delete message hit 3 to..... Dont remember exactly
