Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Caller ID shows Trunk Group label

When a call arrives at a customers site, the top of the phone displays the Trunk Group name (eg: "BRI TRUNK") whilst the incoming number is shown at the prime number button at the bottom of the phone. How do we set this up to show the caller ID at the top of the phones screen?
Phones: 5320/30/40/60
Controller: CXi running 4.2 (10.2.0.26_2)

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 5360 screensaver option disabled

A customer has a couple of 5360 phones and wishes to disable the screensaver on them. In the Settings menu, we can change the timeout for the screensaver to activate, but the 'Display Image' option is ticked but greyed out. This is how they came out of the box.
Is there any way to a) enable this option so we can de-select it; or b) disable the screensaver entirely?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / MBG - no way audio?

I'm having issues witha customer's MBG setup in that, while the phones internally and externally (via MBG) can create a call, no audio is heard at either end during said call. I know that it's more often than not a routing issue for things like these, so I've gone over and over the port forward rules with the IT guys servicing this site (MBG is in server-only mode) but even with the ports forwarded correctly, there is still no audio.

The setup: 3300 ICP and MBG are on the same subnet behind a router with 2 WAN connections (and consequently, 2 IPs), neither of which is dedicated to the MBG. Rules in the router have been applied (apparently) to both WAN connections.

I have tried: turning local streaming on and off, putting the server in the DMZ, checking the configuration against known working sites, but still nothing. If anyone has any ideas at all as to what to look for next, I would be eternally grateful.

Mitel Software Applications / CCM Reporting on non-ACD extensions?

I have a customer who has CCM set up and running, getting reports out on their ACD users to their satisfaction.
They have some reporting licenses left over and have asked if they can use these on non-ACD users/extensions.

I have told them to give it a try and see, but just wondered if it was, in fact, possible. Anyone ever tried it? Feasible or no?

Hello all,

Where i am, we have people responsible for manually switching Day/Night mode on/off each day. Sometimes, they will forget and we have customers hearing the standard night message at 10am and think we are a bunch of slackers :P

I've had a look at the Scheduler section, and it seems fairly straight forward, but I have to ask: if I set the Scheduler to switch Day mode on at 9am and someone got in at 8:30am and switched Day mode on, would this cause issues?

The documentation in the Help section of the Mitel box (3300 Cxi) doesn't address this question.
Would this scenario work? This way, if someone was late or called in sick, the Day Switch would automatically cut in at 9am regardless, but we'd have the option to do it earlier.
