Where are you unable to add DDI authentication, what forms?

What has your micollab server and MBG server got to do with the setup?
Are your clients trying to connect remotely?
If clients are local first thing would be to check any proxy settings are disabled and that the MICC website is added to trusted sites. Can you ping the MICC server?

Had a similar issue with an IVR, logged with Mitel and they were blaming the SIP trunks, I ended up programming an option for 22 as well as 2 to get around it Im afraid.

change the address on the NIC, open the call centre client (You will have to manually type the new address), go to management and run the IP address change wizard

Logged this with Mitel before and can confirm the lets encrypt only works on a single server deployment, If you have web proxy and micollab you will need to purchase one. I did find free ones out there but they needed renewing every 3 months.

From memory the account you use to do this must have a device attached to it, can be an extension or an agent ID but the Mitai is sent from the device not the server.

Depends on your setup, Open your help files from the MCD and search for ACD Planning and you will find a description of the different controllers and their relevant resources

I have it set up on my phone and works fine as said in previous post, I had to program 2 navigation keys (Left and Right) from the shortcut menu to select on and off and selected DND on and off from the call services

The basic details for profiles are stored in the CCM Database under dbo.tblProfile, dbo.tblProfile_CardDesign,dbo.tblProfileBy User and dbo.tblProfileDatan you then have a load more to do with security etc.

Unless you want your call accounting reports to include Cost you can just disable this alarm.

You will no longer get support from Mitel if you do this so no engineer is likely to recommend you do this, The Answer is to use Mitel Analytics instead it will provide all you want and more I would imagine.

Its the Menu element that is putting the call on hold to transfer to the destination, if this is in an IVR you can try the blind transfer in there or perhaps put in an ANI step to recognise the console and take a different route.

yes that is correct, if you can delay the answer on the path for a few seconds and blind transfer it will work,

I have these phones working fine with option 125, My DHCP is supplied by MSL as its virtual, I have at least one of each model so no problems there. Also use LLDP for VLAN info.

If you mean advanced settings on the handset ie click setting button then advanced, you will need to create a password in the MCD under the Security Form for this option to work.
