Sounds like the COS given to your devices is not set to allow third party group presence, When you select a profile it should make the devices you want to ring present in the PRG and those you dont want to ring Absent. You can check the status in the 3300 under the PRG.

Heres a snippet for you, If you have an ISS or Mxe server and the time is changed from the MSL you need to issue the BWM STATISTICS RESET command in the MCD to update the time.

153
you need to put in the access number for dialling out if you have one, ie a 9 before your mobile number in your speed call

Thety are actually stored locally on the PC and also on the server, When you install a new client it creates a default set on the PC which when you connect to the server it sends them to the server to be remembered.

The local profiles are stored in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mitel\UC.cfg file and so are not editable

Not sure about the server location

First thing I would do is put the pc on the voice vlan and try from there, if this works your problem is halved.
Also try tracert between the devices (Phone and PC) and make sure they are traversing the same route, I have had it before where there is an extra hop one way and not the other, UCX did not like this.

Yes the latest release is much better but it is still designed for sharing applications/presentations in a meeting and not as a support package, Therefore I feel join.me will always be easier.
Unfortunately there was a support plug in/app on the original intertel product that Mitel used to use themselves but alas it seems it is no more.

as you guessed you need a transform script, You will need the Administrator guide which will provide all the options you can set.

158
upgrade to 5.0sp1 and your delete buttons are back.

159
you need to use multiline buttons on the system the number belongs to then DSS/BLF on the remote systems set to ring cont. You will also need to set up remote blf's for them to ring

UCM Unified communications Mobile(Twinning Server)
UCA - Unified Communicator Advanced
EHDU - External Hot desk user
Note - On MAS 4 AWC is now renamed MCA

I dont really see the problem here, I can find nothing I can do with a UCM that I cant do with PRG/EHDU and a MAS server, No Extra Hardware involved still in its basic form you need 1 Mitel and 1 server.

Im afraid to say that you still have not eliminated the firewall, you have just confirmed that the ports are open.
As I said before you could try turning off SIP on the ALG, just untick the box, this stops many Mitel SIP apps from working.
Far short of this you really need to fully eliminate the firewall, ie remove it from the equation, its the only true way to fault find.
I have two offices connected by VPN's on netscreens and have chat working on 4.2 and 5.0 since the other day so it will work.

My view on this is that you need to prove the firewall is not an issue, Set up a new subnet on a test router and plug your pc in the back, use a bit of static routing etc to prove that this will work with your config as is. There are two many variables to just change things they need to be eliminated.
If it turns out to be the firewall try removing SIP from the ALG

This sounds the same as one I answered a few weeks back, Your Trunk numbers are clashing with your internal extension numbers.
Check All trunk numbers and ensure none of them are the same as any dn's

There is an option for this on 7.1 when using the SRC, not sure if this will work in straight TW mode but maybe worth a play.

Im pretty sure the answer to this is no, I have asked the question of Mitel before and from memory the answer was visual inspection only.
