Check on your MBG settings under SIP Capabilities, There was a bug in a few MBG releases where it would not keep a connection open when set to TLS, Setting to UDP would prove this but upgrade to fix, Also ensure Prack is turned on.

See previous comment "Under System Shared options you may need to set Present original DNIS number depending on your software release"

Not sure why you would want to use an ACD path when you have Nupoint, its just complicating things, you only need a name tag hunt group rerouted to voicemail.

This should be quite easy, Create a Name Tag Hunt Group and reroute to voicemail, Add the number of the Name Tag Huntgroup to the Alternate number then point your DDI at the huntgroup.
Under System Shared options you may need to set Present original DNIS number depending on your software release.

Git it set up here, got to say find it pretty useless, Yes its speed calls only and I want DSS buttons on my handset.
Once set up I had to play around with Avatar sizes in Micollab and had several attempts to get them to display, If it doesnt work 1st time there is a button on the Phone under settings/advanced to update the avatars.

What I do find useful is the conference button I have programmed so my scheduled conferences come up with a reminder on the screen and give me 1 button access

With Teleworker on your are attempting to connect to the external IP address, If this is not routable through your VPN then it will fail, You could implement Split Tunnelling on your VPN client to resolve.

I have seen this where there is a mismatch of office products, caused by using windows update to upgrade the S4B client, In the worst cases where an online repair has not worked I have had to remove all versions of office (Think I even had to use an office cleaner tool) then reinstall all office products from the same source.

Go in to the Workflow and theres a search option in the top left hand corner of YSE that you can search in.

Yes its a known issue, Turn off Alpha Tagging or upgrade. You can prove this by pressing the blue key on the phone whilst ringing that will toggle the display to the number.

I can assure you this is how it works and I have it implemented on many sites . The clue is in the name of the form, it uses the settings of the SIP peer profile set against the DDI programmed in this form. Its a very powerful form as you can use it to manipulate many things based on incomming DDI.
The reason for a 401 are that the settings applied are not correct for the other Sip trunks, Maybe you are using username/password authentication if thats the case then your inbound call will use the wrong username/password hence the error, We use IP Authentication here so do not have the that issue.

Ok, So when a call comes in to the system with a specific DDI, the system looks this up in the SIP Peer Profile Assignment by Incoming DID and assigns the features from your specified SIP peer profile to the inbound call. Its kinda like a COS for the incoming call, Therefore you do not need 2 different entries in this form and you can have two SIP Peer profiles.
The only time you have issues is if you are using username/password authentication but from your previous description you have IP auth so all will be ok.
