Is there a way to limit the number of calls holding?  I have a site that has secondary extension  of phantoms programed  on the sets, they use these as park locations.  Now the issue is they will transfer to hold multiple calls to these locations, I need to limit them to one per appearance.

I have two installations where the clients get a pop up saying "Your user account is invalid, update the details and retry".  The user can click apply and most of the time it will start working,  sometimes they have to restart the client. Anyone else seen this??

They would like to be able to end a call and make another call without pressing the hook switch.  I know that seems trivial but that's a feature they had before and I'm not really a fan of having to press the hook switch either.  Seems like a basic feature that's missing on the 5k.  Its' kinda like the xfer to VM on the MCD that took how many years to get.

Hi,

We are networking two 5000 sites together and there a few items I am not clear on.   

1. Trunks, each site has their own PRI, do I need unique trunk numbers?
2. Should the voice mail applications use different numbers??

Any other gotchas would be appreciated.

Thanks TE and Sarond, both methods work great.  The top three fake lights really got me side tracked and thinking this was not possible.   Thanks for the help.

Hello everyone,

I am trying to duplicate call park(Nortel) and have an indicator that a call is waiting.  We are using 5320's with six phantoms programmed as PKM/DSS  keys on all of the phones.  The transfer to hold works and the calls can be picked up.  What I am missing is the indicator that a call is waiting on one of the phantoms.  Is this possible??
