reasons are :
1.I need to connect printer for the backup of SMDR logs to print real time. and the place which printer keeping is very far from the controller,
2.i found some contollers printer port gets faulty ( The alrm log shows printer ports is offline).

these are main two reasons which i need  serial ports,

i am able to check firmware for the sets with command, but from the 5302 sets like as mentioned i cannot, so how could i check 5302 firmware.if i reboot 5302 how can i check the firmware?

How could i check my controller is a Mxe Server or Mxe 11? 
The controller front it is - (Mitel 3300 Mxe and from the license it show Configurable IP devices -  Maximum 700)
when i checked wih documnets i found it is having two hardware configurations but i am not able to varyfiy which hardware is am having?
