Title: Mitel SX2000 PMS protocol
Post by: lacoursj on June 22, 2023, 01:20:00 PM
Hello,

I am trying to talk to a Mitel SX2000 over an RS-232 port from my custom property management system.  I understand there is a protocol (Hyatt Encore?) that can be used to inform the Mitel of check in, check out, and various housekeeping codes.  Can anyone point me to the documentation for the serial prorocol?

Thanks!

I think it's capable of using a couple of different protocols, and as long as both the PBX and the PMS are set to use the same one, that should be it. The SX-2000 has been EOL for over 10 years, so I don't know how much luck you'll have finding any documentation on it any more.
