We have upgraded a cluster of sites to 7.2 SP1 and now have an issue with the outgoing DDI's not showing the correct number on outbound calls. On looking in the DID Ranges for CPN substitution form on the Trunk gateway I noticed that the DID range field has been cut down to 4 digits from the usual 6. When try to update this to 6 i get the error "DID Sequence length is not the same as other programmed sequences"

This Trunk gateway act's as a gateway for many sites and some have 4 digit extension numbers whilst other have 6, this hasn't been a problem before the upgrade but now it looks like the form will only allow the indexes to have the same digit lengths in them even through they are in different indexes. The sites don't talk to each other so a six digit extension will never call a 4 digit site and vice versa.

Any ideas would be helpful
