Title: Software Upgrade

Hi there my Mitel friends.

I want to upgrade a Mitel Cxi from Rel 9.0 to MCD4.2
In the AMC the Software Assurance of this customer is inactive. Can i still upgrade the system wothout any problem ?

No, software assurance must be active to upgrade the system to anything above 9.X. You are free to downgrade or upgrade to a newer 9.x if one exists, but anything newer must have software assurance.
