i have a 3300 7.0. we have several internal departments hat work kinda like a help desk, they all obviously have their own extensions but calls all come in on a shared multi-call line that is advertised. how do i make the internal outgoing caller id that advertised number.
in other words how do i program the internal caller id so that when i call someone in the next cubicle or office, instead of displaying my name and extension, the displays says "Bruce Wayne" ext "9999" or whatever i program it to say?
