Title: MiCC Agent Termination

I'm running MiCC 7.1.3.2 with a MiVB 7.2 SP1 (current software load 13.2.1.27) virtual machine.  I'm looking for a process or procedure for cleaning up terminated employees who were ACD agents (agent id = extension) from MiCC.  I'm hoping to keep their ACD metrics around for 12 months for historical reporting reasons and then purge it from the database and reuse their agentid/extension for a new ACD agent.  My main concern is freeing up the MiCC Advanced license as well as the MiVB ACD agent license for reuse.  Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

mark them as historical? You should still have reporting capabilities (just check with one to confirm) but your licenses should be freed up
